Jurong Regional Library officially opened on 4 Jun 2004 by Mr Tharman Shanmugaratnam, Acting Minister for Education. It is the third regional library and the largest public library under the National Library Board network of public libraries.
I am hired by this event company of VISUAL STUDIO SINGAPORE . My job scope was to finish up 3 Superheroes & heroines columns on 1 September 2012.
As for the back drop, i got my director as well as balloon artist Jazz and William to handle it. They were also present of the event date itself for balloon sculpting giveaways for the library. It was a wonderful atmosphere, with air-con, controlled crowd, perfect balloon making atmosphere.
