We were engaged by LEGO company to sculpt the classic LEGO man using balloons. The entire design process begins with on-paper drawings. We had to calculate it's proportions, dimensions and then figure out the best suitable balloon sculpting's weaving method for this design.
This balloon LEGO man stands 2.5 metres in height.
We animated the balloon LEGO man, positioned it in a way that it is taking a step forward with it's left leg. To achieve that, we added a 6 Kilograms base with pole inside the balloon sculpture's right leg. The whole sculpting process was recorded by our Go-pro camera too.
