I did this event Recently!
Happy Birthday Freya!
She really likes Panda a lot!
I Used about 4 hours alone to do the Balloon Lettering, Balloon Birds, Balloon Pandas & Some Balloon Flowers.
Bertram & I use about 1 hour 30mins to finish up the whole setup.
The Daddy & Mummy Was very happy :)
